I recently stayed at a hotel in Wan Chai and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with the Hong Kong Convention Centre just a quick walk away. There were plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, giving me a true taste of Hong Kong life. The room itself was spacious and newly redecorated, with a safe and mini-bar. The shower had both a handheld and rainforest showerhead, which was a nice touch. The hotel served a delicious breakfast with a variety of Chinese and Western options. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to give directions and suggestions for exploring the city. The hotel was neat, tidy, and had a convenient location near the Wan Chai metro station. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers like myself.

great location central to all that we needed...easy walk to.. functions , shopping centres, good local street food,public transport a drink in the evenings in a social atmosphere,safe..

The hotel is centrally located in Hong Kong and close to the Conference Centre where we were attending a conference. We have stayed there previously and found the hotel comfortable and well serviced.

We requested a non-smoking room and ended up in Room 2102 that stank of cigarette smoke. If the hotel cannot provide a non-smoking room prospective customers should be informed so they can find alternative accommodation. Based on this experience, I would be reluctant to recommend the hotel again despite an excellent stay in 2006. I believe all rooms should be non-smoking in this day.

We recently stayed at this hotel for our trip to this vibrant city. The location of this place is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to public transportation options and a variety of restaurants nearby. It was so convenient to explore the city from here, especially with the MTR station just a short walk away.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It is very close to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and Wan Chai. If you use the Airport Express to the city there is also shuttle goes directly to the hotel.

It is a Bussiness hotel however the internet is expensive. (100 HKD/day). It should be included in the room price.

the luk kwok hotel keeps getting better and better every time i stay here in hk. the location is perfect for the exhibition centre, bars and restaurants. the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean with great facilities. highly recommend!

Wifi was poor.

The location.

I asked for Panadol for a migraine and was told very curtly from Room Service that the hotel did not offer this to the guests. When I called the Front Desk hours later and told them the severity of my migraine they managed to procure some. We were also not informed prior to arrival of the huge deposit required at check-in.

Brand-new room with comfortable bed. Friendly, efficient, and well-managed staff. Efficient service and acceptable value. Easy check-in. Best possible location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Central Plaza Skyscraper.

Close to MTR, observation deck view, walk distance to ferry, free welcome drink, big and clean rooms.

Excellent service, marvellous and handy position easy to reach on the MTR. Based short walk to restaurants, street food vendors and bars as well as the exhibition centre.
